  • Tandoori color(Little) -
  • Yogurt - 1 cup
  • Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin/Jeera powder(A pinch) -
  • Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tbsp) -
  • Garam masala - 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • Oil - 2 tsp
  • Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing tandoori chicken, mix together all the ingredients of marinade.
  2. Apply the mixture on the chicken pieces and allow it to marinate for at least 1 hour or preferably overnight.
  3. Grill in an oven until done. Enjoy.
