  • White fish fillets(cut into pieces) - 1 kg
  • Vinegar - 1/3 cup
  • Ginger(chopped) - 1 tbsp
  • Garlic pods - 4 nos
  • Coriander seeds(ground) - 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds(ground)(Jeerakam) - 1 tbsp
  • Cayenne pepper(ground) - 1 tbsp
  • Oil - 1/2 cup
  • Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. Make a paste of vinegar, ginger, garlic, salt, coriander, cumin, cayenne pepper & oil in a blender.
  2. Marinate the fish pieces in the paste for 4 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Turn the oven to broil at the highest point.
  4. Place fish pieces on a baking tray & broil for 10 minutes.
  5. Turn over on the other side & broil for about 7 minutes again.
