hey guys…kalonji is neither perumjeerakam(fennel) nor karun jeerakam(black jeera).it`s a different seed which u will get in any indian store.i think we malayaalees doesnt use that in our dishes.
Whoever rated this recipe as good has either not eaten the real naan. Naan is yeasted bread & not to be made like a cake.
This seems to be easier to make…it wud be great if somebody tell me whatz onion seeds…Thanx
Hey Suma..onion seeds are nothing but Karun jiragam in malayalam, Kalounji or Munga reala in Hindi…
