Instructions
  1. For preparing tandoori prawns, first prepare a mixture of green chillies, curd, ginger and garlic.
  2. Into the curd mixture, add chilly powder, cumin seed powder, garam masala, food color and required salt.
  3. Stir in drained prawns into the mixture and marinate overnight in a refrigerator.
  4. The next day, either cook the marinated prawns in a grill or fry the prawns in hot boiling oil to a golden brown color.
  5. Tandoori prawns, a yummy mouth watering recipe, is ready. Serve hot with lime and onion slices.
