Instructions
  1. Cut the boiled Tapioca into small piece
  2. In a bowl add maida, corn flour, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder, salt and water
  3. Make a batter
  4. Heat the oil in the pan and take one by one tapioca pieces, dip in the batter and deep fry it
  5. In a pan heat the oil and temper the cumin seed
  6. Add green chili, curry leaves and 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste and mix it
  7. Add tomato sauce and 1/4 glass of water and mix it and allow to boil
  8. Add fried Tapioca and mix well
  9. Now Tapioca Fritter masala is ready
