Tapioca Paratha is a stuffed flatbread, considered to be a healthy and fulfilled breakfast for all ages. It is a flaky and crispy flatbread filled with a spiced tapioca masala stuffed inside. Tapioca also called as Kappa is highly rich in fiber, good cholesterol which helps in improving HDL in your blood and also rich in proteins.
