  • red chili powder 1/2 tsp -
  • pepper 1/4 tsp -
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp -

  • Maida : 1 tsp -
  • Corn flour : 3 tsp -
  • Rice flour : 3 tsp -
  • Oil to fry -

Instructions
  1. purchase the old taro root ( cheppa kizhangu ). and boil in the pressure cooker by adding salt and water and allow for 2 whistles and peel the skin
  2. cut into round shape
  3. in a bowl add taro root, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, pepper, ginger garlic paste, maida, rice flour, corn flour and mix well by adding little water
  4. add taro root ( cheppa kizhangu ) and mix well and marinate for 10 minutes
  5. in a pan heat the oil and fry the taro root ( cheppa kizhangu ) until it becomes crispy
  6. taro root ( cheppa kizhangu ) 65 is ready
