Taro root kebab Masala, a marinated taro root grilled to perfection and then cooked ,it is delicious in every bite. The burnt taste of taro root marinated in curd and spices gives it a delighting flavor.
purchase the old taro root ( cheppa kizhangu ). and boil in the pressure cooker by adding salt and water and allow for 2 whistles and peel the skin
chop into the round shape
in bowl add taro root, salt red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, sabji masala, pepper, curd, gingergarlic paste, lime juice, maida, rice flour, corn flour and mix well by adding little water
marinate it for 10 minutes
apply oil in the non stick pan and fry the taro root ( cheppa kizhangu )
cook both the side by applying oil until it becomes crispy and golden brown colour
