Tasty Brain Fry
Goat`s brain is cooked and fried in oil
Ingredients
- 1 no Goat`s brain cleaned
- 1 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp Garam masala
- 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp Ginger paste
- 1/2 tsp Garlic paste
- 2 nos Egg whites
- Bread crumbs As reqd
- 1 tbsp Coriander leaves finely chopped
- Water As reqd
- Oil As reqd
- Salt As reqd
Instructions
- For preparing tasty brain fry, cook the brain in chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, pepper powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, coriander leaves and salt with required water.
- Slice the brain in 2 inch pieces.
- Dip the slices in egg whites and then cover it in bread crumbs well.
- Fry it in oil.
- Tasty brain fry is ready. Serve hot.
