Instructions
  1. For preparing tasty carrot payasam, soak the cashew nuts in 1 cup milk.
  2. Fry carrot in ghee.
  3. Grind carrot, cashew with milk and dates to make a paste.
  4. Boil milk with sugar.
  5. Add the ground mixture to it and stir continuously and boil.
  6. Add condensed milk. Mix well and remove it from flame.
  7. Garnish with grated carrots and dates slices.
  8. Carrot payasm is ready. Serve hot.
