Heat 2 tsp. butter . Add shredded chicken to this.
Cook for a couple of minutes, and then add chopped chilly, black pepper, salt and milk. mix well.

Add the flour. when thick enough, set to cool.

In a bowl mix together the following ingredients: 4 cups flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. castorsugar, 2 tbsp. milk powder, 1 tbsp. yeast, 4 tbsp. oil and 1 egg, knead to a medium soft dough with slightly warm water.
Leave to rise for 1 hour.
Roll out the dough into rectangular shape. (4-6 nos) depending on size you prefer.
Make cuts on them as shown and add the filling.

Place on an oiled pan, egg wash them and sprinkle some sesame seeds over it.Bake at a temperature of 180 C in an oven for about 15-20 mins.
