Instructions

For preparing tasty coconut rice, heat a vessel with ghee and oil.
Fry cinnamon, cloves and bay leaves.
Add coconut milk, turmeric powder, biriyani rice and water. Allow it to cook till the water evaporates.
Tasty coconut rice is ready. Serve hot with chutney, chicken curry, etc.
