Tasty Fish-machhli Pie

Instructions
  1. First poach fish in milk and water for 8-10 minutes. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
  2. Take the fish out of the liquid and flake.
  3. Mash the boiled potatoes adding a knob of butter and little milk. Season with salt and pepper. Add peas into it.
  4. In a pan, heat remaining butter and stir in flour. Cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Pour slowly the poaching liquid which we set aside and bring contents to boil.
  6. Stir continuously until the sauce thickens.
  7. Remove pan from heat and add flaked fish and chopped parsley.
  8. Sprinkle some salt and pepper.
  9. Now take a baking dish and spread the fish mixture. Top with mashed potato.
  10. Spread grated cheese, tomato puree and tomato sauce over the potatoes and cook in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 200ªC.
  11. Tasty fish/machhli pie, a tasty as well as nutritious dish is ready. Serve hot and enjoy.
