  • Corn flour - 1/2 cup
  • Curd - 1/4 cup
  • Yeast - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Water for sugar syrup - 1/2 cup
  • Water for mixing batter - 1 cup
  • Oil(to fry) -

Instructions
  1. In a vessel take 1/2 cup of water and add 1cup of sugar in this,boil for 5 minutes when sugar becomes 1 string consistency we can switch off stove.Keep aside.
  2. In a vessel mix maida,corn flour,besan,curd,yeast,turmeric powder,water well without lumps.
  3. Now batter is ready
  4. Heat oil in a kadai.Pour this batter to empty ketch up bottles or plastic covers.Then squeese the bottle or cover and make rings with batter in oil.
  5. Then fry till jalebi becomes golden color
  6. Now jalebi is ready to serve.
