- 3 bunch Spinach
- 2 nos Onion
- 4 nos Green chillies
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 10 cloves Garlic
- 4 nos Dry red chillies
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
- 1 cup Tamarind juice
- 2 nos Tomato chopped
- 15 g Black gram Uzhunnu parippu
- Turmeric powder A pinch
- Salt As reqd
