For Dosa:

cups
Raw rice
1
cup
Urad dhal
Uzhunnu parippu
1/4
cup
Cooked rice
Fenugreek
A pinch, Uluva
Salt
As reqd
For Masala:
3
nos
Potatoes
2
nos
Onion
3
nos
Green chillies
2
nos
Dry
red chillies
Curry leaves
Few
Ginger
garlic
paste - 1 tsp
3
nos
Shallots
Kunjulli
Mustard seeds
Few
Oil
As reqd
Instructions
For preparing tasty masala dosa, first soak
raw rice
, urad dhal and
fenugreek seeds
for few hours.
Grind all these together and make a smooth batter.
Grind the cooked rice and then add to the batter and keep it for 6-8 hours.
Cook potatoes and
onion
well with enough
salt
.
Splutter
mustard seeds
in
oil
, add dry
red chillies
, shallots and fry for 2 minutes. Add
green chillies
,
ginger
-
garlic
paste and
curry leaves
. Stir continuously.
Add the cooked potatoes to it and mix masala well.
Make the dosa in a tawa, put some masala into each dosa and roll it.
Tasty masala dosa is ready.
