Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a kadai and add ghee , cadamom,cinnamon , bay leaf and crushed chillies.Stir for 2 minutes
  2. Add onions,chopped methi leaves,coriander leaves and tomatoes.Saute for a minute.
  3. Then add ginger garlic paste,curd and turmeric powder stir for 2 minutes.
  4. Add chilli powder and biriyani masala to this.
  5. Add cooked rice to this and stir for a minute.
  6. Add fried onions on the top of rice.
  7. Then add little rice on the top of fried onions.
  8. Heat i spoon ghee in kadai and fry raisins and cashews.
  9. Add on the top of rice.
  10. Now methi pulav is ready to serve.
