Tasty Modha Fish Kabab
It is a tasty fish kabab with modha fish.Even kids and adults love this very much.It is very easy to prepare with little ingredients.
Ingredients
- Modha fish cleaned -1
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Maida
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 cup Oil
Instructions
- Marinate modha fish with ginger garlic paste ,salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, Maida and turmeric powder for 3 minutes.
- Heat oil in a kadai and fry modha kabab until it becomes brown. Fry both sides until it is fully cooked
- Now tasty modha fish kabab is ready to serve.
