Instructions
  1. For preparing the traditional styled tasty dish, first cook chena in 1 cup water and salt for 5 minutes.
  2. Fry grated coconut with turmeric powder, coriander powder and chili powder for 2 minutes.
  3. Grind it in a mixer.
  4. Heat a kadai add chena mix, add ground mix to this, add a tomato and salt to this. Mix well and heat in low flame.
  5. Heat oil in another kadai add mustard, red chili and curry leaves. Saute for a minute .
  6. Add this tempering to kadai and mix well. Boil for 2 minutes.
  7. Delicious dish with an aromatic coconutty flavour is ready. The dish goes well with hot rice for noon day meals.
