Instructions
  1. grind the shallot using a motor and pestle
  2. Add dried red chilly powder to shallots
  3. grind it well
  4. heat a pan
  5. Add oil when its hot
  6. add the grinded mixture to it
  7. sauté it well
  8. add dal,salt and water to it.
  9. close the pan and wait until it gets cooked.
  10. our dish is ready to serve.
