  • Shallots(chopped, Kujulli) - 10-12 nos

  • Coconut(grated) - 3/4 cup
  • Pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1/4 cup

Instructions
  1. For preparing tasty prawn vada, grind prawns, roasted groundnut, shallots, ginger, green chillies, coconut, pepper, coriander leaves and salt in a mixy.
  2. Make balls out of the mixture and press it as for parippuvada.
  3. Fry it in oil.
  4. Tasty prawn vada is ready. Serve hot.
  5. Specialities: 1)Naadan recipe.
