Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Semolina/Rava roasted
  • Oil As reqd
  • 1 no Onion chopped
  • 1/4 piece Ginger
  • 1 no Green chilly chopped
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 1/2 cup Sour curd
  • Soda powder A pinch
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • Salt To taste

Instructions
 

  • For preparing tasty rava idly, splutter mustard seeds in oil. Add chopped onion, ginger and green chillies.
  • Pour this to curd. Add soda powder, coriander leaves and salt.
  • Then add rava and mix well. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
  • Pour this in idly steamer and cook for 8 minutes.
  • Serve the tasty rava idly hot.
