Onions are finely sliced and mixed with other ingredients to make a paste. It is then deep fried in

Curry leaves
finely chopped

Green chilly

Chilly powder

Ginger

Turmeric powder
Salt
As reqd
Water
As reqd
Oil
As reqd
Instructions
For preparing ullivada, take a bowl, add maida, onions,
curry leaves
,
green chillies
, chilly powder,
turmeric powder
,
ginger
,
salt
and required
water
. Mix it well by hand and make it into a paste.
Heat
oil
in a deep frying pan. Scoop the prepared paste using a spoon and fry it in
oil
till it becomes golden brown.
Ullivada is ready. Serve hot with ketchup.
