Instructions
  1. For preparing tasty vegetable cutlet, first cook potato, smash well & keep aside.
  2. Take a pan, pour oil & splutter mustard seeds when oil is hot.
  3. Saute onion for 5 minutes.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste, carrot & beans. Saute well.
  5. Add garam masala, pepper powder, chilly powder, chopped coriander leaves & required salt.
  6. Turn off the gas.
  7. Add smashed potatoes & mix thoroughly.
  8. Make into round or oval shapes.
  9. Powder the bread slices in a mixi/food processor.
  10. Beat egg white.
  11. Dip the cutlet in egg white & then coat with bread powder.
  12. Fry vegetable cutlet when oil is hot.
  13. Cover in a tissue for 2/3 min so that excess oil will be absorbed.
