Ingredients

1 Potato
1 Carrot
1/2 cup Cucumber
1 Onion
4 Green chilly
1 Tomato
1 cup Coconut milk
1 tsp Salt
6 Curry leaf
1 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Ginger paste
1/2 tsp Asafoetida

Instructions

Heat oil in a kadai add mustard seeds.When mustards splutters add red chilli and curry leaves.
Add all vegetables and cook in a high flame for 10 minutes.
Add coconut milk,ginger paster,coriander powder,salt and asafoetida to this and boil for 2 minutes.
Now tasty vegetable stew is ready.
We can serve in a bowl.
