  • Rice flour - 50 g
  • Corn flour - 50 g
  • Red chilly powder - 2 tbsp

Instructions
  1. Cut each teasel gourd into 2 or 3 round pieces(depending on size).
  2. Take all other ingredients except oil into a bowl. Add water and prepare a medium thick dough.
  3. Put a deep bottomed frying pan on the stove. Add oil and heat.
  4. Dip the teasel gourd pieces in the dough, cover each piece adequately with the dough and carefully put one by one into the boiling oil.
  5. Deep fry the pieces on medium flame until they turn into dark brown.
  6. Serve hot with hot & sweet tomato sauce. Serves better as a snack item.
