  • Onion(cubes) - 2 nos
  • Green chillies - 4 nos
  • Red dry chillies - 5 nos
  • Spring onion(sliced) - 1 bunch
  • Bell peppers(cubes) -
  • Ginger(garlic paste - 2 tsp) -
  • garlic(chopped) - 4 cloves
  • Corn flour - 1 tbsp
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Red chilly paste - 1 tbsp
  • Green chilly paste - 2 tsp
  • Soya Sauce - 2 tsp
  • Pepper - 1 tsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing thai chilly chicken, marinate chicken with cornflour, salt, ginger-garlic paste and required water. Deep fry it in oil. Keep it aside.
  2. In a pan, pour oil. Fry garlic, green chillies, onion and bell pepper.
  3. Mean while, mix soya sauce, green chilly paste, red chilly paste, salt and pepper.
  4. Pour this into onion mix. Fry for 2 minutes. Immediately add the chicken, red chillies, spring onion and fry it well till the masala is coated.
  5. Sprinkle water so the masala will not stick in pan.(Use 1 tsp corn flour mixed in water and pour over).
  6. Thai chicken chilly is ready.
