Ingredients
  • Fish(boneless, cut into small pieces, King Fish) - ½ kg
  • Onion – 1 no (chopped(Cubic shape), big) -
  • Capsicum(Green(cut into pieces, Green) -
  • Egg white(beaten) - 2 nos
  • Vinegar - 2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tsp
  • Coconut Oil/Sunflower Oil(As reqd) -
  • Salt(As required) -
  • Celery(cut into pieces) - 1 no
  • Green chilly(chopped) - 5 nos
  • Ginger(20 gram) (chopped) - 1 big
  • garlic(chopped) - 8 cloves
  • Ginger(garlic paste – 2 tsp) -
  • Chilly sauce - tbsp
  • Tomato sauce - tbsp
  • Soya Sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • Black Pepper Powder - tsp
  • Maida - 100 gms

  • Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tsp
  • Coconut Oil/Sunflower Oil(As reqd) -

  • Celery(cut into pieces) - 1 no
  • Green chilly(chopped) - 5 nos
  • Ginger(20 gram) (chopped) - 1 big
  • garlic(chopped) - 8 cloves
  • Ginger(garlic paste – 2 tsp) -

  • Tomato sauce - tbsp
  • Soya Sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • Black Pepper Powder - tsp

Instructions
  1. Mix together maida, pepper powder,ginger-garlic paste, salt and beaten egg white into a smooth paste.
  2. :- You can add little water if required.
  3. 2) Marinate the fish pieces with above made paste for 1 hour.
  4. 3) Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the fish pieces to a golden brown color.
  5. 4) Pour the remaining oil into another pan and sauté onion, chopped ginger, chopped garlic for 2 minutes on low flame.
  6. 5) Add chopped capsicum, celery and green chillies. Stir and simmer for 1 minute on low flame.
  7. 6) Add tomato sauce, soya sauce, salt and chilly sauce and sauté it for 2 minutes on low flame.
  8. 7) Add vinegar and mix gently.
  9. 8) Allow the gravy to boil.
  10. :- If you need thickness for gravy, just mix 1 tsp maida in 1/2 glass water and add it in gravy and stir it for 1 minute.
  11. 9) Add the fried fish pieces to the gravyand simmer on low flame for 2 minutes.
  12. 10) Add chopped coriander leaves and switch of the flame.
  13. :- Serve hot.
