  • Take onion, sambar onion, dry chili, ginger, garlic, coriander seed, cumin seed, coriander stem, salt and oil
  • grind it make a fine paste
  • in the paste add sugar and salt and mix it
  • add soya sauce and mix well
  • add red chili flakes and mix well
  • in a pan heat the oil and add masala paste and allow to cook for 5 mins in medium flame
  • now thai red sauce is ready to serve
