Allow it to boil and make it less in to a 1 cup.4) Remove from fire and strain it.5) Boil again the stock, add the seafood, fish sauce, pepper, soya sauce, vinegar and cook the mixed seafood.:- Do not over cook seafood as it will become harder.6) Add the coconutmilk and just give a boil.
Add the corn starch and beaten egg and thicken it.8) Serve hot.
