  • Spaghetti(cooked) - 2 cups
  • Capsicum(sliced) - 1 no

  • Beans(sliced) - 1 cup
  • Tofu(cooked) - 1/2 cup
Dressing:
  • Sweet chilly sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Rice vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • Tahini - 1 tbsp
  • Palm sugar - 2 tsp
  • Sesame oil(As reqd) -
  • Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing thai spaghetti & prawns salad, place spaghetti in a bowl.
  2. Mix carrot, beans, tofu and onion in a bowl.
  3. Heat little butter in a pan, add prawns and fry till cooked. Keep it in veg bowl.
  4. Add chicken, capsicum and fry again. When done, add into bowl.
  5. In a blender mix the ingredients for dressing and blend it.
  6. Pour this over to bowl.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Pour this over the spaghetti and serve. Thai spaghetti & prawns salad is ready.
