Thairu Curry
Curry with curd for curd lovers
Ingredients
- 2 cups Curd
- 1/2 of Onion
- or
- 4 - Shallots finely chopped, Kunjulli
- 1 no Cucumber peeled and cut into very thin pieces
- Curry leaves A few
- 1 small Ginger finely chopped
- Tomato finely chopped
- 2 nos Green chillies or dry chillies
- Salt As reqd
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
Instructions
- Heat a little coconut oil in a pan.
- Splutter mustard seeds.
- Fry for a min and remove from the fire.
- Add curd beaten with little water.
- :- Serve with rice.
