Thairu Curry Curry with curd for curd lovers 2 cups Curd1/2 of Onionor4 - Shallots (finely chopped, Kunjulli)1 no Cucumber (peeled and cut into very thin pieces)Curry leaves (A few)1 small Ginger (finely chopped)Tomato (finely chopped)2 nos Green chillies or dry chilliesSalt (As reqd)1 tbsp Coconut oil1 tsp Mustard seeds Heat a little coconut oil in a pan.Splutter mustard seeds.Add green chillies, onion, curry leaves, ginger and fry for a min.Add tomato, cucumber and salt.
