Instructions
  1. For preparing thaiyru rasam, first dry roast the fenugreek seeds and powder it.
  2. Mix turmeric, salt and curd. Set aside.
  3. Heat little oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds, dry red chillies and curry leaves.
  4. Simmer the flame. Add fenugreek powder and curd.
  5. Boil and remove from fire.
  6. Thaiyru(curd) rasam is ready.
