Thakkali Dry Curry
A very easy one
Ingredients
- 4 nos Tomato sliced into big pieces, medium
- 1 no Green chilly
- Fenugreek seeds A generous pinch, Uluva
- 1 tbsp Grated coconut
- Turmeric powder A pinch
- 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
- Salt As reqd
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
Instructions
- Heat oil in a nonstick kadai or pan.
- Splutter the mustard and curry leaves.
- Add tomatoes, green chilli, fenugreek and saute for a min.
