4 nos Tomato (sliced into big pieces, medium)1 no Green chillyFenugreek seeds (A generous pinch, Uluva)1 tbsp Grated coconutTurmeric powder (A pinch)1/2 tsp Chilli powderSalt (As reqd)1 tsp Oil1 tsp Mustard seeds Heat oil in a nonstick kadai or pan.Splutter the mustard and curry leaves.Add tomatoes, green chilli, fenugreek and saute for a min.Add 1/2 cup water and cook (along with salt) till tomatoes are really soft.Add the coconut, turmeric and chilli powder to the tomato and stir till it is dry.
