  • Chicken - 1 kg
  • Seeraga sambha rice(¾ kg) -
  • garlic(crushed) - 100 gm
  • Onion(crushed) - 100 gm
  • Red chili powder - 1 tsp
  • Curd - 1 cup
  • Mint and coriander leaves - 1 hand
  • Salt : as per taste -
  • Oil and ghee - ¼ cup
For grinding:

Instructions
  1. In mixer jar add grind dry items crush well
  2. Now add green chili and ginger and make fine paste
  3. In pan add oil and ghee sauté garlic and add onion too
  4. Now add grind paste sauté well
  5. Now add salt and chicken saute well and cook till chicken cooks
  6. Now add curd and cook till oil comes out
  7. Now according gravy consistency add water along with gravy measure (1:2)
  8. When water boil and rice and mix well and cook 15 mins low flame
  9. Thalapakkatti Chicken Biriyani is ready to serve with egg and salna
