Instructions
  1. Grind all the ingredients and mix with enough water to cook the duck.
  2. Add enough salt.
  3. Cook the duck in this mixture in a closed container.
  4. Evenly fry the cooked duck in dalda or ghee.
  5. Transfer the duck to a serving dish.
  6. Thicken the gravy in the same skillet and pour around the duck.
