Instructions
  1. Mash the rice nicely.
  2. Add salt to curd and beat it well.
  3. Pour the curd to the mashed rice and mix well.
  4. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  5. Splutter mustard seeds followed by black gram, curry leaves and red chilly.
  6. Add ginger and green chillies and stir for a few secs.
  7. Pour the above into the rice and mix well.
  8. :- The seasoning should not be very hot since there are chances to curdle.
