  • Curd - 1 cup
  • Mustard - 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger - 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves : chopped - 1 tsp
  • Green chili - 1 chopped
  • Oil - 2 tsp
  • Salt(as taste) -

Instructions
  1. In a vessel add water . when it boils add salt,1 tsp oil and semiya and close lid
  2. Now drain semiya from the vessel and keep aside
  3. In a pan add oil and temper mustard, ginger, green chili, curry leaves
  4. Now add curd in vermicilli in another pan
  5. Now add temper and mix well
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve . thayir semiya ready
