Instructions
For preparing thenga chammanthi, grind all ingredients together:
coconut
, shallots,
ginger
, dry
red chillies
,
curry leaves
and
tamarind
on a grinding stone without touching
water
.
Roll the ground chutney into a small ball and remove from grinding stone.
