Instructions
  1. Grind coconut and green chillies till coarse.
  2. Add chopped shallots and grind well (should not be too smooth).
  3. Add salt and coconut oil.
  4. :- Serve with dosas.
  5. :- Use dry red chilly or chilly powder instead of green chillies to get a different taste and color

If you add a small piece of ginger to the ingredients, it will be more tasty.
