A tasty rice recipe made with
coconut

Grated
coconut

Urad dal
Uzhunnu parippu

tsp
Mustard seeds
3
tsp
Coconut oil
3
tsp
Salt

Red chilly
Instructions
For preparing thenga sadam v brahmin special, first cook
raw rice
in cooker and allow it cool by spreading it in plate.
Soak urad dal in
water
for about 15 minutes and allow it dry.
Splutter
mustard seeds
in
coconut oil
. Add urad dal, red chilly, grated
coconut
and keep frying till the mixture becomes brown in color.
Add step 3 mixture to the 1 st step.
Add
curry leaves
by cutting it into small pieces.
Add
salt
and mix well to make it homogenous.
