Thengapal Chicken Chicken curry using coconut milk 1/4 kg Chicken (boneless and skinless)2 nos Potatoes (medium)1 no Onion (chopped)1 cup Coconut milk1 - Water1 tbsp Cooking oil1 tsp Chilly powder1 tsp Garam masalaSalt (As reqd) Cook potatoes and cut into cubes.Slice chicken to 1 inch strips.Heat oil in a deep pan and fry chopped onions till brown.Add chicken and fry for a while. Add all other ingredients and cook on medium heat for about 10-15 minutes. :- Serve with chapathies, idiappam, naan etc. Kerala
