Instructions
  1. For preparing thengapal irachi curry, marinate the mutton/beef in garlic, green chillies, ginger, coriander, chilly powder and turmeric.
  2. Heat oil in a pressure cooker and fry onion. Add the meat pieces in it and fry well.
  3. Add salt and 2nd coconut milk and cook the meat.
  4. Add water if required.
  5. When done, add the 1st milk and make a thick gravy.
  6. Remove from flame, when done.
  7. In a kadai, heat 1 tbsp oil. Splutter the dry chillies and curry leaves.
  8. Pour over the gravy.
  9. Thengapal irachi curry is ready.
