Instructions
  1. In a vessel, heat little oil and cook the tomatoes.2) When the skin of tomatoes start to peel, remove and pour cold water. Keep aside.
  2. Fry the bread slices in butter and keep aside.
  3. Same time, heat half of butter, fry onion and 1 tomato.
  4. Sauté till tomato is soft. Grind it with little water.
  5. Blend the cooked tomato with garam masala.7) Strain the blended tomato.8) Boil the tomato with ketchup. Mix well.9) Add sugar, salt and pepper.10) Add bay leaves.11) When boiled, remove the bay leaves.12) Add the corn flour and lightly thicken the soup.13) Add the fried bread slices and butter on top.14) Serve hot.
