  • Jaggerry - 200 gm
  • Coconut milk - 1 cup
  • Moong dal - ½ cup
  • Cashew nuts - 10
  • Ghee - 3 tblsp
  • Cardamom powder - ½ tsp

Instructions
  1. In pan add ghee and roast cashew and keep aside
  2. In same pan add thinai and roast well and keep aside
  3. Roast moong dal and cook both thinai and moong dal soft keep aside
  4. In big vessel add jaggerry with little water and make syrup and filter
  5. Now combine all thinai and moong dal mixture with jaggerry syrup and cook for 2 min
  6. Now add coconut milk make one boil
  7. Add roasted cashew and cardamom powder and mix well and turn off the flame.
  8. Now its ready yummy thinai payasam
