Tinned Fish Curry Easy and yummy fish curry 1big tin Tinned Fish (Sardine/Tuna)1/4 tsp Mustard seedsSalt (As reqd)2 tsp Fish masala2 nos Green chillies1 no Shallots (Kunjulli)1 no Onion((medium)2 tsp OilCurry leaves (A few)2 nos Tomato (sliced thin and long, medium)1/2" piece Ginger Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.Splutter mustard seeds. Add onions and sautT till it turns golden brown.Add green chillies, ginger, shallot pieces and curry leaves and fry for a few minutes. Add tomato pieces and mix well.Add salt and fish masala. Stir well.Add water and allow it to boil.When it boils, add the fish pieces and cover it. Cook on low-medium heat. :- Serve hot without breaking the fish pieces. Tamil

It sounds delicious,but before I try cooking it, can sardines in tomato sauce be used or should I just use plain tinned sardines.Thanks
