Tiranga Sandwich Tiranga sandwich 10 nos Bread (big slices)3 tbsp Coriander chutney3 tbsp Tomato sauce100 gm Gram flour (Kadalapodi)200 gm BreadcrumbsSoda (bi-carb - 1 pinch)Salt (As reqd)Oil for deep fryingFor paneer masala:200 gm Paneer2 nos Green chillies (finely chopped)1 pinch Black pepper1" Ginger (finely chopped)¼ tsp Garam masala¼ tsp Cumin seeds (roasted, Jeerakam)Salt (As reqd)Coriander (finely chopped) for flavor For making paneer masala: 1)Mash the paneer.Add salt, the green chillies, ginger, roasted jeera, garam masala, black pepper and chopped coriander leaves.Mix together all the ingredients and keep it aside.For making tiranga sandwich: 1)Take a slice of bread and spread tomato sauce on it.Cover it with another slice.Put paneer masala and cover it with a third slice.Put coriander chutney and cover it with fourth piece of bread. Spread tomato sauce and cover it with the fifth piece and press it with hands.Make a thick paste of Gram flour(Besan) by adding water, salt and soda-bi-carb.Dip the sandwich into the besan paste and cover it with breadcrumbs.
