Instructions
  1. Cut the bread slices into desired shape.
  2. Apply the cheese spread on one side of bread slice , keep this aside.3) In a kadai, heat olive oil. Add garlic, onion and cooked spinach.
  3. Slightly sauté it.5) Add the salt and mix well.6) In a grill pan, toast the bread. Add the spinach mix on top of approximate 1 tsp.
  4. Add the chopped tomato on top.8) Add the grated cheese on top and toast the bread for 5 minutes.
  5. This dish can be served as a good starter or a snack.
