  • Tofu(mashed with a fork, big) - 2 nos
  • Onions(finely chopped, small) - 4 nos
  • Red chilly(chopped) - 1 no
  • Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 bunch
  • Garlic pod(chopped) - 1 no
  • Pepper powder - ½ tsp
  • Roasted cumins(Jeera) - ½ tsp
  • Corn flour - 1 tbsp

Instructions
  1. Mix together all the ingredients in a dry bowl.
  2. Make it into small balls.
  3. Deep fry them in oil.
  4. Scoop it up when they turn golden brown.
  5. Strain the oil(if necessary)in a serviette. :- Serve with LINGAM`S chilli sauce.
