  • Butter - 2 cubes
  • Onions - 2
  • Tomato - 2
  • Ginger - 1 inch
  • garlic - 6 no
  • Cashew nut - 5
  • Chili powder - 1 tsp
  • Coriander - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Tomato Ketchup - 1 tblsp
  • Kausri methi - 1 tsp
  • Salt(as taste) -
  • Freash cream - 2 tblsp

Instructions
  1. Cut and fry tofu and keep aside
  2. In jar add onions, tomato. ginger, garlic, cashews blend smooth paste and keep aside
  3. In pan melt butter and add paste and cook for few mins
  4. Add all powders and mix well cook
  5. Now add ketchup and stir it
  6. Now add kasuri methi and sugar
  7. Lastly add tofu and mix it and turn off after 5 mins
  8. Garnish with cream and serve. Now its ready to serve for naan , rotis ..
